Privacy policy.

This page explains what information Redone Co. collects through this website, why, and how you can control it. It applies to redoneco's website and the forms on it, not to any other channel you might contact us through.

What We Collect

Contact Form

  • Name, email address, inquiry type, and your message, submitted when you use the contact form.

Waitlist

  • Just your email address, submitted when you join the restock waitlist on the Inventory page.

Corporate & Bulk Order Form

  • Company name, contact name, email, phone (if provided), estimated quantity, chair models, timeline, and message, submitted through the Corporate Orders page.

Customer Reviews

  • Your name, star rating, written review, and any photos you choose to attach. Reviews are public by design, they appear on the Reviews page and homepage as soon as submitted.

Newsletter

  • Your email address, plus the date and time you checked the consent box, kept as our record of your consent.

Sell Us Your Chair

  • Your name, email, phone (if provided), the chair's brand, model, quantity, condition, description, and any photos you attach, submitted through the "Sell Your Chair" form. This is never published, it's used only to evaluate and respond to your submission.

Repair Records & Status Lookup

  • If you have a chair in for repair, we keep a record with your name, email, phone (if provided), a description of the chair, and its repair stage. You can check progress on the Repair Status page using your reference code and email, that page only ever shows one record at a time and requires both to match.

How We Use It

  • Contact form, waitlist, and corporate order submissions are used only to respond to you, they're not added to the newsletter unless you separately subscribe.
  • Contact form and waitlist submissions are stored through Netlify Forms, the form-handling service behind this website. Reviews, newsletter subscriptions, "Sell Your Chair" submissions, and repair records are stored through Netlify Blobs, a data store provided by the same hosting service.
  • "Sell Your Chair" submissions and repair records are private, they're only visible to us, signed in through a password-protected admin login.
  • We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Cookies & Tracking

  • This site does not use cookies or any third-party advertising trackers of its own.
  • We count pageviews and clicks on a handful of links (like "Inquire" buttons) to understand which pages and services get attention. This only ever adds to a running total, no individual visit is stored, and nothing about who you are, your IP address, or your device is recorded.
  • The embedded map on our About page loads from Google Maps, and video previews load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). Both may set their own cookies once you interact with them, governed by Google's own privacy policy, not ours.

Your Rights

  • You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing jijoythomas29@gmail.com.
  • A submitted review is public by nature, if you'd like one removed, contact us and we'll take it down.
  • This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
